She joined Lyrasis in 2017 and managed the outreach and engagement team for the Lyrasis suite of hosted services. She has over 15 years of experience working with open source technologies and developing cloud-based services for cultural heritage organizations. Carissa's passion is for creating sustainable, affordable, and useful services that meet the needs of the library community.
